Cloudy, cool and calm. We've had moisture the last several days in a row. Not a lot, but, we will take any and all. a total of around 3 inches in 5 or 6 days. Came down slow and light, so it did soak in.

We've been busy in the shop. Leo is back helping and we get a lot done as I can rely on him to work independently.

Good morning, beautiful day here again. I wish I was at the beach, this normally is about the time we try to go but with my mess it was a nope. And wouldnt you know, perfect water, green flags, clear as a pool and all the wildlife everywhere, rays, baby hammerheads, mannatees, you name it. It's not been this nice in years and I had to miss it.
Oh well, I tried to sit outside yesterday and have my legs in the water, beats nothing.
THEN, I get a call this morning, I can swim, take long car rides long as I get out and walk every couple hours, go back to gym and lift as I can tolerate with caution, and pretty much start getting back to normal. I can sunbathe or sunbed on tummy when glue all falls off. I'll be 3 weeks out tomorrow. I think I'm doing good so far, but still get tired easy. Tee, hope yours is better also.
I swear I posted yesterday but I went back and did't see it. weird.

Keep up the healing energy Letty. One day at a time.

I felt like crap yesterday. Somewhat better today. Hate it. I'm generally a grumpy person but when I don't feel well I get real GRUMPY.
