Good Morning CGs!

Had some trouble posting yesterday. Not sure what that was all about.

For a long time on the Corvette I could smell a little coolant leak but never saw any signs. Thursday afternoon I saw a little puddle on the floor right in the center of the engine. My guess is the weep hole for the water pump. 105k on the car now and it's 25 years old so I guess it's time. I'll have to do a little testing but most likely a new water pump should solve the problem.

Still have to get the front coilovers put on. So far the backs are working well. I think if like to raise those about 1/2". We'll see once I get the fronts on.

Kids get to play at the HS homecoming game tonight. Should be fun.

nothing says younger women more than 29 million...... finally got some parts in so maybe I can start bolting things on instead of taking them off....

so Matt, are you taking off the transverse leaf springs when when you put on the coilovers...? So far the only puddles under the C5 are from what I am spilling taking it apart.

BIL coming over Saturday in his C6 to check out the C5 project... had to postpone the wood splitting.... Doc not happy... she wants to get the firewood ready...

Morning guys beautiful here to beach again. It’s rained off and on the last couple days. It rained pretty good last night. Sun is coming out today so I may actually get some more snorkeling in later. Tomorrow will be our last day then we head home Sunday. Been a great week. We had an awesome dinner last night at a place here called Firefly, it is “casual“ fine dining. It was stupid expensive, but mine was worth every penny. It’s vaca after all, right? if you’re ever down this way and you’re a wine person they have everything you can imagine. Arron is still asleep as soon as he gets up we may head out. Remember gurus we’re here for a good time, but not here for a long time.

Yes Marcus, the springs are gone both front and rear when you out on coilovers. Didn't get to them today, wife had other plans.

Letty, the point of vacation is to relax and let go a little. An expensive dinner sounds like a good plan.
