Good morning,
still raining here, might off and on all day, rained quite a bit yesterday and last night. We needed it, but it would be more helpful spread out over the summer instead of a 3 month drought. Guys still haven't moved my office stuff across the street, so I'm still over here in the old building with the tint crew. Kinda thinking I'd just as soon stay here, it's more peaceful and less drama, sans the occasional day, like this morning when there's folks in the lobby on my side with a screaming ass kid. 3.2 hours of sleep all together last night is already making for me an irritable self. Make it a great day yall

The more things change the more they remain the same till the solar system gets sucked into the big black hole, it explodes, and we start all over again.

If you could would you like to live 1000 years?

So VB are they going to keep the old building also? Heck just stay where you are if they do.... then you can hide out if you want to.... Tommy with some fairly meaningful music today... a lot more than the surf and drag hits I was going to put up....

big rain yesterday....2 1/2" here. Today is a perfect 65 degree day with blue sky and sunshine... I am always happier when the sun shines.... why is that?

keep the fire burning Guru's

I love that Change the World song.
The tint shop will remain here, we were leasing three suites. One was a garage stall only, previously used as wrap bay. The middle was office front with tint back, there as a "pass through room" near the middle, then my suite over here which was a lobby, three offices, kichen/bath and one more open room in the back. We had half the building. The coffee guy next to us has done well and expanded and franchised now and he bought the entire building earlier this year. He will make his half his corporate offices and merch location. Tint will stay here another couple years then not sure where they will go as I think Larry wants to end up with the whole building. He tried to get the owner, John to go in halfs on a new shop next door so he could have all this, prob half a mil worth and he wouldn't do it. Which was dumb, he could have tripled his money in no time here. He ended up leasing two high bay shops across the street, kinda in a weird, hard to find spot, then gutted, tore out a wall for install bay, made me an office, etc. He also was leasing one unit on the opposite end of it, and there's a body guy working out of the other two in the middle. John eventually wants all five, till he's 62 then he will sell out to his partner, Ron who also has a body shop around the corner from here. I may go back to school and get out of it alltogether. Sick of it and ready for something new.

Hey guys, I got the vanities finished up as bob, the builder, (sounds like that could be a good childrens show name) finished painting at the sherriffs dept, then went over there and spent the rest of the day installing the last of the cabinets there. I'll go back tomorrow and do the Library ladder system hardware.
