...so sorry to hear that....are you taking home remedies? like whiskey and honey... Hoping you feel better as the day goes on.

Cloudy and and cool... in the 50's today.... got the ABS brake module installed yesterday as well as changed out the belt and belt tensioner on the AC compressor..... I am moving right along.... next I have to deal with the half tank of fuel that has sat in it for a long time. Probably a new fuel pump also.

keep pushing ahead Guru's

Good afternoon yall. Sorry you feel bad Gris, all kinds of stuff floating around. Meds, water and sleep are your best bets. Whiskey and honey don't hurt either. Still dreary and rainy here, will be next two days. Might as well put the Vette on the tender since I won't be driving it like I'd planned this week. Need to do my Monday cleaning around here, didn't sleep worth a hoot so not much has happened so far. Marcus if you need any help with fuel tank removal if it has to happen, let me know I will get the steps for you from Arron. Can check part pricing for you also.
Gonna sit here with my protein coffee, fish sticks and veggie puff crackers for lunch then see what I can get done around here. Prayers for Jamaica, they're about to get obliterated. There's a couple from my town that is stuck there right now. They tried to go for their honeymoon ten years ago, hurricane cancelled them out, so now for anniversary they went and now will have to deal with this. I do wonder though, and I asked elsewhere and got laughed at, but 1. If "hurricane hunters" can fly through the storm, why can't planes still be running to fly folks out? Also, what exactly is a "hurricane hunter"? I mean, everyone knows where it is, plain as day on radar and satellite images not to mention I'm sure it can be seen . Speaking of the hunters, news says they normally make 4 passes through and this one is the worst and they could only make two passes. Current live cams of the area don't show much wind or anything at the moment but flights were shut down Friday. Maybe Tommy our resident hurricane expert can shed some light.
side note: guessing the site still has some issues? Normally at home, I get in here fine, although sometimes slow, today I tried to post and got this: The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Post eventually went through

I am fortunate that the 2002 C5's have a fuel pump that loads from the bottom of the drivers side tank.... easy peasy... in 2004 the last year of the C5 they went to the C6 style fuel pump that requires dropping the tanks... not so easy peasy... I just ordered a new Delphi unit from C&S Corvettes in sunny Sarasota Florida..... $370 clams...... got the new wheels ordered and am shopping tires now.... no run flats I'm thinking..... but may chicken out on that.....

I'm thinking the ride is real bumpy flying through a Hurricane...... passengers would want their money back..

Hey guys, left KC and headed home. Stopped for gas, then to eat a bit, another to pee and finally home. Unloaded the pickup and put stuff away.

I'm tired.
