Hope you are seeing some progress on the PT Gris.. or at least seeing some nice looking PT helpers....
 cloudy and warm here also... no rain.... no snow in the mountains for runoff for irrigation next season... setting up to be a hardship to many farmers depending on that snow melt. still waiting on my Mufflers.... they say by the 13th of this month.... to maintain muscle you need between 60 to 100 grams of protein a day Guru's..... Eat Beef! |

cloudy and warm here too, light rain off and on. No hail or any of the storms that we were told we'd get though so that's good. Hope pt is helping Gris. I hate going to those but they know best.
About to get the Mack truck out, it goes home tomorrow, more stuff coming in. Long as it keeps coming, we all can work, right? |
