Half down would cover the inventory and structures.Failure to pay would result in forecloseure on the property. Depending on what's on the property at a foreclosure we'd still be OK. I'll have our realtor and attorney look into it. The land is over half the value. Thanks for looking out Marcus.

Doing some tax final prep and medical info complilation for Sue. I have some shopping to do for the critters and I have to start going through the sheds at the nursery and get rid of a bunch of stuff. That will take the rest of the week for me.

Good afternoon, sun is in and out here but it's still around 60. Back patio is 75, still not cleaned off but hopefully will be by end of day. I took off work today so I could finish some of the mess-making I started here this weekend. Today, laundry is going, some done, dishes going, fridge cleaned out, more trash ready to go out. I'm about to have some lunch then see what else I can get done. Supposed to have a new mattress showing up here, the one we have did something weird. Where the sides and top meet, it's like the top fell down into the side so it slumps. I tried to go to the restroom a bit back and just slid. Checked it later and mentioned it to the guy we got it from, he's ordered us a new one, drop ship to the house. Told me to just trash this one. Heck it's only 5 years old, and still sleeps very good. I found a zipper for the cover of it, wondering if I can remedy it and maybe use in the other room. Will figure that out when new one gets here. In the mean time, I got rugs drug out yesterday from the bedroom and cleaned and if they're dry, I'll list them on FB marketplace and get those out of here. I put the new-to-me one in there and I like it but I need to get it cleaned. I got it from someone I know and she apparently used Carpet Fresh like it was going out of style. I can't stand that crap. It don't fix anything, just gets into the rug and comes out the bottom. It's a nice, thick wool rug so I don't mind spending some on it to just take it somewhere. I know how to take care of the issue but don't want to mess with it.

Side note, anyone use a Keurig and finding coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup? Is it the pods or the machine? I buy cheap pods as I'm not paying $$ .
