89 Camaro? Compared to that? hm.

Then again, the best 3rd gen camaro was never built... I proposed a Camaro, based off the IROC platform, with the 1LE suspension, 5spd manual, and a turbocharged Quad 4... that woulda been bad to the bone.

Hell yeah! That would have been a sweet ride! I really love camaros but, after driving my vette for the first time there is just no comparison. IMO the camaros suspension really sucked and it really could not handle corners as well as it should be able to. Other than that, camaros were a very nice ride for a good price

The only Gen of F bodies I'll ever like are the first gen.

The wife had a 2nd Gen Firebird ('82), no so nice compared to the '78 pictured below.
Too much plastic.

Uh, I think you got your Generations mixed up. That car pictured is a second GEN. The 82s to 92s were third GEN. First Gens are from 67-69 I think

I posted this before...

I like it better than the Camaro or the Mustang. I'm not a Mopar guy, I just love this shape. I think the Camaro went too far.

I've photoshopped a larger image of this new Challenger, so that I can make it any color I want. My desktop at home is this car in Purple. I want it. That crazy chartruse green would be really cool too. I'd need to see them side-by-side before I could choose which one I liked better. But I am seeing the new Charger in both colors these days, and I like them both. I can't wait for this car to hit the streets. I hope it looks pretty close to this.

I can't wait to pick up a Car and Driver magazine with a shootout between the new Pony cars!

Ok. I guess I'll call it F2 then.
I figured body style was fairly much the same for 67 to 81s.
