There are several advantages - weekend show slotting + more coverage + 90 minute shows + tie-ins with IndyCar dates. Not to dis SPEED but they have really moved away from motorsports unless it's NASCAR related.

Not that I've ever heard of the Versus Network

If you have Direct TV, you have no versus. They had a contract dispute and walked away from the table.

At least it gives hope to World Challenge for decent coverage. Speed butchered their show into nothing. Unless it's Nascar, Pinks or Pass Time, your on air coverage from Speed is going to suck.

When I scroll thru the channel guide I don't even look to see what's on Speed anymore.

Speed channel blows. All they ever have on is these moronic reality tv roadtrip shows and pinks.

Hey, I'm good at pass time.

Had 4 in a row last time down to the tenth.

AAAHHH! I have DTV. Granted, WC challenge on speed was so bad last year that I only watched a handful of the races (coin flip? Seroiously?), but that doesn't mean it won't be better this year. Hopefully the beginning of the economic recovery will help racing in general.

Yep, the top 5 qualifiers flip to see if there's an invert. Absolute horsechit.

There's very little real proracing anymore. Everything has to be even, everything has to be equal. If you're the best, we'll damn sure slow you down.

Versus isn't a bad channel. It's like an extreme sports network. They have a lot of cage fighting on it.

I still like speed for a few of the shows. Pass time is one of them. I like a few of the Sat morning shows, too. Other than that, I don't watch it.
