Quick Vehicle Maintenance Projects
Guest_
Here are a few ideas for quick vehicle maintenance projects with satisfying results that can be quick and easy to do even when the weather is not the best.

** Replace hood, trunk, and hatch lift support struts that have lost their gas. Lift supports often show their age in cold weather when hoods and trunks become heavy or do not stay open.

** Replace cabin air filters to make vehicle interiors smell fresher and to lessen the load on the blower motor. Most cars and trucks built in the last decade have cabin air filters located in the dash. There is currently a $5 rebate on ATP cabin air filters. http://www.rockauto.com/lang/en/promo.html

** Replace burned out light bulbs and/or damaged light assemblies. A well-lit vehicle feels newer and safer.

Find all of these parts and more in the www.rockauto.com catalog today!

Thanks - reminds me... I need to replace the bulb under my shift indicator in the console. I hate taking that dang thing apart!
