I bought floor mats from these crooks and they shipped the wrong product.
Advertised incorrectly and they KNEW it was. This was off Ebay. I should have known better. Now they will refund my money if I return them. sigh. |

This is the second forum I've seen you post this on.
How about a link to the falsely advertised item? (If they have other false stuff, I can start bombarding them with stupid questions) Did you e-mail/contact them about it? Did you provide bad feedback about them? I've been fortunate over the past 4 years to never have a bad purchase on e-bay, but I always check the ratings before purchasing (not that that'll gaurantee anything) |

Checking the "rant" on that forum that posts commercials inside the threads, there's two pages of positive feedback about "TLD" before it got locked by Mojo. I think a personal phone call by the OP might be in order, to straighten out the problem. Seems to me, they (TLD) are a reputable dealer. |

They are NOT reputable at all.
They shipped me the WRONG PRODUCT when they KNEW it was the wrong product. Now they say to just return it (at my expense of course, and they will not refund shipping to me). Sound familiar? Overcharge for shipping then don't refund it? Pretty simple stuff. Also, I notice that 'corvetteforum' STILL doesn't want people to know about the crooked sellers. They protect them over there. |

That's surprising to me. I've had the best customer service from TLD. When I lived in Italy I ordered some exhaust parts from them and somehow double ordered. They called me twice the first time I wasn't home and they left a message with my wife, then they called back later to make sure of what I wanted to order. They also pretty consistently had the lowest prices of all of the "Vette catalogs".

I am not defending them - and the fact this hasn't been locked indicates I am not protecting them, either - but I am just surprised.
A lot of folks have ordered from them and this is the first time I have ever heard of this kinda problem. Can you link us the ebay ad? |

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with them. But I think your situation would hold more weight with folks if you had more posts.
It almost seems like you just showed up to bash these guys. Hopefully I'm wrong about that, and you come hang out with us, and can contribute to the forum. Just call them, and tell them what's on your mind in a calm and rational manner. Maybe they can resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Best of luck!  |
