I wash the car. I open the hood. Water dumps out of the headlight enclosures onto the horn and the lighting wire harness and puddles in the bottom of the bumper. I need to do something about that. It's aggravating.

Ick :-P

I have all the confidence that flyboy will invent some clever solution that I will ultimately add to my never-ending to-do list.

I always see the detailers use compressed air to blow out the cracks and crevices.

How much water? I wash my car a lot and don't recall getting very much there, a couple of quarter sized drops on the overflow tank, etc. I always give the eng compartment a quick wipe so, I'd notice it.

maybe 3oz. It pours out when the hood is only partially raised so kind of hard to see. Next time I wash car I'll turn on lights, see what happens.

Maybe this poor fit has something to do with it.

Well, that might be it.

I'll look closer at mine the next time but I have to get the opti and w/p back on first.
