I am the editor/writer of a news blog called Corvette Mafia News. The media company I work for is in Van Nuys, California so I am a little behind most of you time wise.

Some of us are EastCoasters, but you will find a good mix here on this forum! We are a good group of Corvette folk with a decent body of knowledge here.

I am on the lookout to add a C3 soon to go alongside my c5 vert and tear it down and redo it like I did with my '98.

Welcome. The C4 knowledge on here is unequaled anywhere else and some of the C3 members have done some very nice work and upgrades and obviously know their cars.

I didn't post the links initially just because I don't like to come into people's back yards without permission. It is a fine line and I never want to be rude, at least consciously. And I truly am planning on leaning on this forum for some help and answers to the c1-c4 generation questions I may have.

No need I am sure to expound upon the ills of the Corvette Forum now is there?

Furthermore, my company has a project that it is launching shortly that will even further utilize the expertise that is evident here; I'll reveal more about that later.

Our blog is a legitimate media news source, we are recognized and endorsed by General Motors, Chevrolet and Corvette Racing just to name a few.

The blog is not a site that attempts to redirect readers to buy something from us. It sells no cars, parts or services like most of the Corvette blogs that are out there do, and trust me there are a lot of them. They all exist to sell something, not this blog though. Doug Fehan of Corvette Racing would not do an interview with me if the blog were not a legitimate Corvette news site.

The best thing is, visiting the site is free and will always be. No one has to register to read the news. Free, easy and simple, and most of all enjoyable, that’s what the staff and owners live by as well as honesty and integrity in all journalistic endeavors.

So please stop by and visit and your suggestions are always welcomed.
