Rebuilt the distrubutor, it was rusty, the shaft was locked in, weights wouldn't move.

Soaked the shaft overnite in PB just to get it out, forgot to take a before pic, it was black with goo.
After cleaning:

Housing after cleaning:

The deap cavity around the bronze bushing gets filled with grease.

Clean parts:

Points cam was polished on a buffer to reduce point block wear:

Shaft/bushing play checked on both ends, less than .002

Bushing cavity filled with grease and cap installed:

Done, with correct metal band showing part number and build date. I still have to get a correct vacuum advance.
