When you say it has to be stenciled, what for? Same for the masking tape, etc....

Cause I'm going factory stock.
The frame was stenciled with the A.O.Smith and the GM part number.
The rubber/steel body mounts and their shims were held in place with masking tape before the body was dropped on. And the number of shims at each mount was marked by slashes (////) with a lumber crayon.

You can see the tape on the body mount (on the right) in this pic.
And the stencil.
