It's simply too nice of a day to sit inside today. I'm going out to play. Make something happen. Have a great day gurus.

Gonna be a balmy 57 here, but supposed to be nicer tomorrow. Then things start going downhill in a hurry. They're coming to blow out the sprinkler system this afternoon, always a sign that the end is near.

Quite a baseball game last night - it looks like the Phillies have their hands full.

Have a good day, everybody!

Its kind of cloudy today, but the temps have been awesome. I love the fall weather! I hope this weekend is nice. I will be one of the talent in a Television Commercial for Sport Chevrolet, in Silver Spring, MD which is being taped on Saturday at the dealership. I'm not sure what my role will be but its probably customer testimonials.

Then on Sunday some folks from my Corvette Club are driving down to my neck of the woods to go to a tour of a local winery and attend a tasting there. It should be fun on a fall afternoon.

Today... its work.. work.. work

Great day ahead! high 52 sunny/hard frost tonight. Some idiot put a lighter next to a sensor in the home ec room already this morning to see what would happen. Home Ec room was once the old auto shop which is tied into the wood shop in case of explosion or fire. My sensors tied to a 2 1/2" water line starts chirping with 22 nozzles, a real problem is in store for us. Always drama, lack of maturity and with a no consequence value system this kind of crap happens. Home Ec. teacher caught the kid. Alarm system returned to normal but Fire Department was already on the way. Kids parents will be charged for the Fire Truck Call, plus automatic explusion. Other than that a pretty quite day.

Good Morning CGs!

Not a whole lot going on here. No work on the vette yesterday due to other matters, namely had to spend time with the wife to appease her. Didn't work. In the evening I was sent to the in-laws to set up the new computer/fix harddrive/internet/swap files...the whole deal. Wife called me 2 hours in to it and wanted to know why I wasn't home yet...what? I told her I was doing what she told me to and it's not my fault she doesn't know how long it actually takes....she hung up??? Apparently it's my fault that computers aren't magic and it takes time to fix them. Ugh.

Already called NGK to get the right plug for my car with all the mods. Very nice people on the tech line. I recommend them if you need help picking a plug for a modified motor. I'll be heading to AZ in a minute to go pick up the new set - NGK BKR6E's. Maybe I'll even try to put them in today!

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Wiped down the 91, dropped the top. She'a all warmned up and ready to go. Where to go? That's the next question. Just for a ride I guess. What do you guys think of Excaliburs? I've always been rather fond of them. Here's one coming up at the Mecum auction. Ya, I know. Tommy the Pimp.

You're drivin' to Arizona for spark plugs?

New cats on the Silverado made a big difference, even cured my rough idle (I had thought maybe it was injector time).

70* here so the C4 gets a bath.

Good morning guys....been a busy morning. beings we are all giving weather reports, I'll say that we are having the best fall here in many, many years. 78 and no breeze yesterday, looking for 75 and light breezes today and later a chance of some rain. Beautiful weather.

Bill I thought the same thing, Arizona seemed like a long way to go for a set of spark plugs Tommy, I like the Excalibers, kind of a cool cruisin' car. Matt, she just wants you to know who's boss. Someday she'll get the picture..... Ron, it's hard to believe that you have so much going on there all the time....I just have to laugh. I tell your stories to the others teachers in the workroom at lunch, and they get a laugh out of them too.

Well, I got a kid out here trying to cut his fingers off, I'd better go see what he's doing.

All this stupid shit started to happen when some bonehead told men it was OK to cry. It is NOT OK to cry. Unless of course you've slugged down a bottle of Jack and are talking with one of your new best friends about something that happened 40 years ago. That's OK then.

Now your pushing my buttons!! Matthew like Bill said you are far to intelligent to ruin your life in such an endeavor. Your values will be trashed, corvette traded in for a prius hybrid or nissin leaf, you'll have to learn to abuse interns, lie daily, tell your dear wife in children that your going through temporary insanity when you decided to be a Senator. I think I'm going to puke!!!
