My college (TAMUCC) just voted to raise our tuition for a "Green Bill"
I voted Nay but to many hippies. What will this extra $54.95 pay for on my campus? More recycling bins is the likely suspect |

I just read this in my local paper... The Daily Breeze is more or less conservative. They endorsed McCain, IIRC.
http://www.dailybreeze.com/news/ci_16641846?source=rv I see no reference to "illegal immigrants" getting special treatment. This is what I dislike about Fox... the college will say "additional funding for financial aid," Fox translates that into "additional funding for illegals." |

So the state is really broke, place Im working at may be closing down laying off (state funded) yet we have money to give to these leeches. what bs. First opp I find Im outta here enough is enough.

The state is beyond broke... and the adminstrators across it, be it the regents of the UC system, or the assembly in Sac, need to understand this reality. The gravy days are over, it's time to back off and take care of what must be dealt with.
It will be painful, but it must be done. Get rid of pork agencies that were created to help some friend... get rid of dept that cater to one sub-minority that consists of 40 ppl... Pork must be turned into sausage here, enough is enough. |

I am speachless. How in the hell can they say it is fair for an illegal to get a benefit that a legal state resident gets? I will remember that judges name. If she has to run for her seat, I will vote against her ass so fast, it will make her head spin. She is smoking all the pot they just make illegal. |
