hi
looking for help on the production qtys of 69 vettes as GM didn't release this info, has some one done reserch on this? i have a 69 that was riverside gold (69 only color)now in a worn out aftermarket red and will either respray in red (cheap) or go the whole hog and go original if riverside is uncommon it would be nice to put another back on the road.

Unfortunately I don't know of anyone who has pinned down a production number for the different colors for 1969, since GM didn't release the info (or possibly even record or maintain that).

I can give you some basic black book info:

Paint code 980
Available with black, white, of beige convertible
All came with silver wheels
Available with black or saddle interior (although others may have been special order)

In my personal experience, it's not a color I've seen a lot of...compared to the standard red, black, etc. I think it's a nice color and a factory match repaint would be nice.
