Over the last two decades, my wife and I have spent, literally, THOUSANDS of dollars feeding and caring for birds, both wild and domestic (parrots...that's where my handle comes from). You would think that all of this would buy us some good karma from the birdie-poop gods when we bought our Corvette. Uh-uh. It gets pelted on an almost regular basis.
It think it's Ma Nature's subtle little way of reminding us not to get too cocky with our cars.  |
