Has anyone installed a Neo ProLink PODGMXMV215 iPod adapter on a C6 with Nav? I understand that the XM tuner location is over the driver side wheel well in the trunk. How complicated is it to get it out and to hook up the Neo module?
What about running the wires and the iPod socket to the passenger compartment? How difficult is that?

If it's like dealing with the hatch area of a C4, I doubt it's that bad.

Let me check my service manual for the C6 and get back to you.

Thanks, bogus. I have a C4 as well. To tell you the truth, I know the hatch area pretty well now and have more confidence working on it.
I'd like to have the iPod adapter on my C6, but I do NOT want to start messing with the dash. The Neo ProLink hooks up to the XM attena which is supposedly in the trunk. That sounds doable to me.
Any guidance you can provide would be helpful.
Thanks, again.

The "digital" receiver is item 14, in red, for roadsters. For coupes, it's #13, in black.

Thanks, bogus. Is this all located behind the carpet over the wheel driver side of the trunk?

uh, no. You have a roadster (vert, convertible), that is item 14, circled in red. It appears to be behind the passengers seat.

Okay, now I'm clued in. The object on the left of the drawing is the passenger side door, correct?
Any tips on getting behind the watefall?
Thanks, bogus.

Hi bogu, okay, I found the great write up by Thriil6. I think I know what to do now, unless you have any other words of wisdom.
Thanks, thank, thanks. You da Man!

Let me know how this goes, I can not find the directions for the Neo, looks like it might plug inline to the factory wiring in the cargo area

OK, its in, it works good for what I wanted, I planned on choosing the songs on the ipod and it does this great.

The XM receiver is in the first pic behind the carpet. I need to get an extension for the 30-Pin iPod adapter so I can put the controller in the back storage hole
