I need to run from the middle of these 2 amps:

to the Driver side storage box. I cannot go direct through the middle, I need to go around the side to it. I am thinking I need 2 meter not 1 Meter cables..

What do you think?

2 meter should be fine. Get Monster RCA cable. Best for EMF shielding.

Don't know the brand but as long as it's shielded you should be ok.

I have these currently

running from the Radio to the amps, which would move to the input of the XM6

I am currently waiting on an amp. Found one on craigslist, but the seller was an absolute flake. He replied asking for my phone, gave it to him, he never called. I replied "is it still available?" he said, come on up - yea, San Fernando Valley at 9pm on a Monday, not me.

I then contacted him saying that weekend, I then recontacted him on Friday, saying "tomorrow" and he never replied. Asshole.

It was a Rockford Fosgate 1000bd - 1000w mono... drool.

yea, thanks, but no where near enough power. The W7s are power hogs. Dual voice coil, figure 250-500 watts PER sub.

I have the micro RCA's. Very thin wire. I would make sure you have enough voltage to kill any noise. Or run the RCA down the trans tunnel.

Love that xover!

I have the Knu Konceptz running from front to back.. I need these to go from the storage cabinet to the back where the amps are, but due to how I have the storage doors mounted I have to go around the side of the car. I might just go with another set of Knu Koncepts. the 6ft might be too long, but 3 ft will be too short

You should be able to reach into the storage bin via the trans tunnel.

On topic to the OP: Don't forget to run the RCAs as far away as possible from any other wiring to prevent induction of noise.

Off topic to Andy: Wanna borrow the 2-channel Arc out me Chevelle? I figure I won't have a use for it for at least a month or two. And you know it could be longer 1) based on precedence already set, or 2) if I decide to down-size and use only the 6-channel for the entire audio system. lemmekno

Edit for amp specs: Arc Audio - Robert Zeff Signature Edition
2300SE - 2 X 334 watts @ 4 ohms; 2 X 649 watts @ 2 ohms; 1 x 1300 watts @ 2 or 4 ohms
(methinks those 8W7's have dual 3-ohm VCs which would yield 1.5-ohm nom impedance wired in parallel)

yeah, I know about keeping Audio path away from power.. sometimes it cannot be helped, but I do plan on them being separate.

Again, I have to do a short run from the Driver side storage box to the back of the cargo area.. the trans tunnel ends before my RCAs will get to the destination. I think I will order the Knu Konceptz RCAs when I am ready for them.
