Nitto isn't a bad tire.

Are the F1s the run flats? If so, I would lose those pigs.

I've read a few negative reviews about the Invo tires wearing very quickly. If you look around they are hands down the cheapest tire that big unless you buy used. It's great that they are cheap but what if they only last half as long as a more expensive alternative? Then you're buying tires twice as much and spending the same coin. You get what you pay for and I have seen too many Nitto tires go bald too fast.

Thanks for the tips. What im really curious about is traction, im frying my stock tires, but learning alot about high speed corrections. 7000 mi.and even the front runflats are getting thin.If i can expect less durability from ivos ill keep saveing.

The runflats are junk... they are not a good tire.

Look at the Michelins... Expensive as hell, but... sticky.

Also check out Yokohama, Bridgestone and Toyo.

Can you explain how you are frying them Danny? And the high speed corrections.

Well, the Motivo is an all weather design with a 560 tread wear rating. Kind of a mismatch for a car with 525hp, no?
Do they even come in the size to fit your Z06?
Even the Invo with it's 260 wear number is more of a touring tire.
NT05's or 555R's in back and 555's in front.
I just purchased a set of 555's, 2554517/2854017 for $600 total, mounted and balanced. There are some great deals out there on them. If you burn them up in a year or two, blame it on all that horsepower and get another set.

That was a common complaint with a lot of C6s in the first couple production years. Happened to my cousin. Not sure if the factory changed the tires after that or not.

Michelin Pilot A/S have gotten good reviews on other sites. Looks like you'll spend around $14-1500 total.

I have the Pilot Sport A/S Plus series on my C3. The sizes aren't as radical so neither are the prices but so far I am very happy. Grip is great, no road noise, supposedly wonderful all weather capability, and I'm hoping for good tread life based on the reviews.

All I have heard about the Pilot's is they lose their wet weather traction after about 5k miles... be alert, if wrong, great!
