my car came with the engine oil cooler. at some point in its life some one took off the heater hoses that came with that option. and now it just has regular heater hoses on it. should I go back with the right ones that came on the KC 4 option and set it back up, or just leave it like it is set up now?

leave it as it is... unless you want to have it judged, the added hoses only create leak points.
