I am parting out whats left of of my old 427 SBC out of my 84 Corvette Real Street class car.

This engine orginally came from Nyes Automotive... Dyno sheets show 601hp@6400RPM. I bought the car with this engine in it - sight unseen, made minor induction changes and raced it for a year with no problems. Car ran mid 10's@125 mph in the 1/4 mile on pump gas and 9.30's@146 mph on an 82N jet (about 200HP nitrous)on VP C12 racing gas. FYI this is a 3120lb stock suspension 84 Corvette. Best of 6.02@112mph to the 1/8th mile.

Parts are in very good condition unless noted otherwise.

Complete internally balanced rotating assembly. Will be glad to provide PN's to serious potential buyers.

Eagle 4340 forged Crankshaft. 4" stroke

Eagle 4340 H Beam Rods. ARP 8740 bolts. 6" length

JE 4.125 bore 1" compression height flat top pistons. 10.7 SCR with 72cc chamber cyl heads. 1/16. 1/16. 3/16 ring lands.

$1000.00 rotating assy - AS IS.

Full discoloure. The crank needs to be turned 10/10 to be perfect... it was never hurt but upon teardown inspection it was found to have a 2-3 tenths of taper in every journal... Typical Eagle on a bad day. I didn't build it orginally but aparantly that's what passes for good spec with some engine builders... I orginally planned on reusing this crank in my new 434 and while a 10/10 crank is fine for 99% of things - it's just not suitable at 1,100+HP.

I will be glad to fix the crank and supply the buyer with new King HP brgs and Perfect Circle file fit rings giving them a ready to assemble rotating assy. Guaranteed it will be 100% right when you get it from me.

$1500.00 rotating assy w/crank turned and new brgs/rings.
