Somebody (it might have been Tommy but I'm not sure) mentioned stretches in passing before getting into their C4.

I'm mindful that Lauren's continuing life with me is dependent on what my body can handle. This may be the strangest question I've ever asked Guru - does anybody have any kind of stretches they do before falling into their C4?

Falling into a C4 is not much different than sitting on a toilet seat except you have to swing your feet after you sit. Height is an important factor. You must tuck sufficiently so your head clears the base of the top. Age plays a significant factor as you see some older guys sell their C4s and get a C5, 6 or 7. You'll know when it's time to sell by the number of bumps to the back of your head. No stretching exercises are needed but a limber lumbar is preferred.

If age were the factor, Tommy would have a C13, but they haven't been released yet.

That means you'd be a Pre C.

Well, it wasn't technical and wasn't (Corvette) restoration and it was C4-specific ...

... we could create a C4 Wack Questions forum - I'd live there!

It would still beat you in autocross. Then again, you'd be on the sidelines setting up the chairs.

There's a song for that. Of course the lyrics fit you to a T.

No stretches here - I just put my hand on the sill and lever myself in/out. A grab handle there would've been a nice feature. I think doing projects around the house where there never seems to be enough room to work is good training. I am sooooooooo looking forward to bringing mine home (which would mean that the end of winter is in sight).

I would've been drooling all over that little C1 when I was a kid. Hell, I'd probably still drool over it ;-)
