well feeling a little better so I thought I would drive to Fontana and try my new setup. went to texas last year and installed a new set of headers, 410 gears and corey tuned the zr1 so all 16 injectors work above 1% throttle .have been curious as to what improvement if any it will make in my times . anyone else thinking of going . its a little pricey 50 bucks but they are going to prep the track a lot better than they do for the street legal drags . oh anyone in socal know where I can get 100 oct unleaded. I have heard that a few stations carry it at the pumps but don't know where they are.if you are going I will be in my white zr1

wow what I difference a couple of changes make . changed the clutch last month at bill bs it was slipping bad . then coreys tuning after removing the secondary throttle plates and tuning so the secondaries are on except at idle plus his headers instead of the stainless works (longer primaries and better collector.new shock bushings and removed the front sway bar . the result 11.69 @119.22 mph with a 1.69 60 ft .thanx to reklesdriver for his suspension tips . car never planted so good and runs almost 2 mph better than it ever has . made this old guy feel young again
