Morning guys...up early to go to church. Then we are meeting #1 daughter and hubby at IHOP (kids are with their dad this weekend). Other than that not much planned.

Rain chances have been minimized for today but not totally withdrawn. Breakfast made and up and around... headed to nursing home soon. Thinking I'll take the Vette - now that it's fixed I'm afraid to drive it...

Greetings! Had a close call, almost got up at 7:15. Phew, dodged a bullet there! Naturally it is all wet and soggy outside, and the weather geniuses are calling for more rain today and tomorrow. And the weather weenie is at full droop, so I am not optimistic. Today we're taking my MIL over to the new outlet mall, so that should be exciting. Not. Maybe later I'll get started on my remote tailgate lock project.

Well I slept in to 9:30 today which is working on trying to keep up with Brad but I'm afraid it's like high school playing against a pro team.....never going to happen....

The State is all warm and fuzzy after our win yesterday...we love the three F's here....Football, farming and ......uh nevermind.....and family...that's what it is....

Today it is rainy again so am glad I got the lawn mowed yesterday...after all the rain it is like a green carpet...

Just picked tickets for the game tonight. Tickets, that last year, were $25 are $50 this year. The pains of having a contending team.

Just remember two years ago I said, the Royals would be contenders. I just hope that we can produce some offense. The last week it seems to have gone on a hiatus. We need a win bad today.

I'll be rooting for your Royals. It's not like we have a professional baseball team here :-P

As of today all my favorite teams are in first place of their divisions....Royals, Dodgers and Angels....Have fun at the game Tom....

Well, the game got rained out in the bottom of the 10th. Alex Gordon hit a homer in the bottom of the 9th to tie. Top of the 10th Cleveland scores 2 and then the wind and rain set in. Got drenched heading back to the car. By the time we got out of the parking lot they suspended the game until we go to Cleveland later this month.

Got to hit the hay, I'm tired.
