Good Morning CGs!

Chilly overnight and should be chilly again today. Long sleeve weather doesn't bother me when there's no snow

Got my new (to me) set of Mac pliers yesterday. Cleaned them up and lubed them and they are proudly sitting in my toolbox. Nice stuff. I have tool truck tastes with a Harbor Freight budget I scored a deal on these from a pawn shop on ebay so I'm happy about that. I'll put it in the tool thread later.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Good morning
Shoulder is improving but not 100%. More like 87.5% so it's moving in the right direction. Cleaned house yesterday. I wanted to work on the cars today but have shopping to do first. The "sand the floor" repetitive motions of cleaning up the cars I know will be annoying. If I don't do that I know I'll find something else to do.

Morning guys...I slept like a log last night. Not sure what's on the agenda for today, guess I'll take it as it comes.

That is one BIG spider, Tommy.

My wife buys those bags of real crumbled up bacon bits...I put them on everything......ice cream, omlets or snack right out of the bag....

Well the Huskers finally got going last night and beat Northwestern pretty good. Seems the second string D line is better than the first string....will be some changes coming up I'm thinking....

Brad I see the Gophers are undefeated so far.....that's cool...can't wait for them to come to Lincoln next month....

Beautiful day on tap here so will do something outside to enjoy it....have a nice Sunday Guru's....

SEMI-SUNNY AND COOL THIS MORNING.

HEADED OUT FOR BREAKFAST AND FOUND A DEAD CHIPMUNK ON DISPLAY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUNROOM RUG. DAMN CAT IS A SHOWOFF. ANY CHIPMUNK THAT TRIES TO TAKE UP RESIDENCE AROUND THE HOUSE DOES NOT LAST LONG. BRAVECAT KILLS THEM BUT SELDOM EATS THEM; MAYBE THEY NEED KETCHUP.

THE GOLDEN CORRAL BB IS THE ONLY PLACE I KNOW OF AROUND HERE HERE YOU CAN GET SOS. (BUT I PUT IT ON BISCUITS SO SOB?) BISCUITS, SOS, TWO EGGS SUNNYSIDE.

BEATS HELL OUT OF EARTHWORMS.

Greetings! I think I put a permanent dent in the pillow, took a lot of effort to drag myself out of bed. Looks like after the game today, I'll have to race around the yard and pick up leaves again.

My sister makes a wilted lettuce salad that uses hot bacon grease and vinegar, along with bits of bacon. Love that stuff.

Enjoy your Sunday, Gurus!

Final day of the Delaware trip. Heading back to Ohio tomorrow morning. Today will be supper with the kids at Texas Roadhouse, it is my son's birthday. My daughter wants me to help carve pumpkins after supper. Finally, to wrap the day up I am going to see "Fury", daughter wants to tag along. Hoping to be on the road by oh nine hundred tomorrow.

Earthworms not on the menu here today.. neither was wilted lettuce, and strange being from the south seems I'm the only one who has not had it before. I'll have to try that. Made the usual Sunday morning trip to the nursing home, got the Vette out, then hit Wally World, then off to some place not far off called Parker Homestead, 6 generations of a Parker family, lots of old shacks and implements and that sort of thing, kettle corn, jams, honey - the usual. Was something to do and see for a couple hours and took the back way home, a curvy road. Then took the beach chair to the small lake here and sat for a couple hours in the sun staring at the water and the leaves changing on the trees. I'm so not ready for fall. Saw a HUGE catfish, bout the size of the bottom of my leg - and figures I didn't take a pole....

"Fury" was very well done. Extremely gory at times, it definitely earned its R rating. If you don't like gore and "F-bombs" stay away.
