I have recently started having some irritating electrical issues and I think they may be related in some way.
1. Somewhat regularly, my headlights don't want to pop up. Usually turning the light switch off then back on will clear it, sometimes multiple retries are necessary. I have also noticed that if I shut the engine off, set the key to on and then open the lights all seems to be fine. 2. When I touch my brake pedal, I can see a flicker in the headlights and dash lights. Any thoughts or ideas ? |

Apparently a lot of C5 owners have made this complaint (dimming headlights). I don't think that makes it "normal". The Corvette in general is sensitive to power/ground issues. I would check the state of your battery, grounds, cables, etc.
