... that I officially joined the C4 ranks, when Lauren arrived on an open trailer.

Normally, we would take her for at least a short drive, but we got about a foot of snow today in the Philadelphia area, so all I have for Guru is a picture of her up on the lift.

Wow... it's been that long, John? Wow... That means it will be 11 years the end of this month that we met. You, me and John Porter had breakfast at Hall's in Wyoming, then off to Rick's house for the Gordon Killebrew presentation.

Seems like yesterday.

This year will be a milestone for me... 15 years!

Bastet44 just past 12 years... but sadly, many of those years have been down for the count. I have got to get her car running again.

13 years here coming up in June. And the car will be 31 years old a few months after that. And it looks it, lol.

I found my first post as an owner, well day before, 6/18/02. Fun to read.

First time owner, kinda new member! Pics are coming...

I've been lingering for awhile during my search, but now I truly feel apart of this great forum! I'm now the owner of a beautiful black on black 1985. Well, not officially yet, I'm taking off work early Wednesday, if the boss lets me, to go pick it up. (I think he'll understand.) I won't get much sleep tonight. I'll stay up trying to figure out what vanity plate to put on it. I be so tired... all that searching was tough, but paid off. I'll be awaiting a friendly :seeya . Cheers and beers to everyone, on me.

err, i get to change my signature now!

Don't be bashful, there are ways around that white stuff.

If it's a yearly problem, this aftermarket accessory is available, and may earn you some extra spending money from the neighbors:

Or there's always trusty tire chains, collectors edition, to match the car:

And if the budget is real tight, just bring a friend in case you get stuck:

I bought my C4 in 1999. That makes 16 years...yikes.

C6 in 2010, C5 in 2013. I guess i got those two backward. Time to add a C7! I'll leave the C3 and earlier to geezers like Bill. I don't know how to file points.

The C4 just sold, but I don't have the cash yet so technically it's still mine.

I am sure my old posts were all about optisparks. And CC, you were going to make me a cool avatar way back with the Ace in the background and never did...slacker.

Points are easy if you have any coordination.

Try filing rings correctly, that takes way more.

I bought my 67 in 1973, do the math.

Big congratulation on those 11 years with Lauren. You've made the most out of your time with her.

Me, hard to believe me and my C4 started out 22 years ago and still going good. Looking for the snow to melt here in the high country - it should be gone this week, yea!

I'll get a C7 in 2038. So when you get one, please take good care of it for me. Don't take it to Earl Sheib or leave it in your sunny trailer park for 5 years like my C4.

It will only be driven to the grocery store, only on Sundays, and only in sunny weather. Which in Michigan means once a year.
