Good Morning CGs!

Based on yesterday's chat it seems like everyone is quite busy. VB, it sure seems like you have a handful. But you are a good friend for stepping up and taking on all of that responsibility. I hope that is recognized.

Kind of murky weather out there right now. Never got warm yesterday like they said, but should be a little nicer today.

Last night I got a chance to hook up the new amplifier in the Corvette. It is smaller and sounds very nice, I can tell it has more juice than the old one. But it was a hasty hook up just to test it out so I need to correct the wire routing and secure it later.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Gutn Morgn!

This morning I got up and went down to the kitchen like I do every morning and had a waffle and orange juice. Then I went to pour a cup of coffee, but there wasn't any - the coffee maker hadn't run yet. WTF? I looked at the clock and it was 2:18AM. I haven't done that for a while.

Have an interesting day, Gurus!

Morning guys...holy crap, Brad, 2:18 AM? The first thing I do when I wake up is look at the clock. Why, might you ask? Because I did just that a couple times and don't want to do that again.

Much cooler today, but the 70's are supposed to return for Saturday and Sunday.

LMAO, DON'T BELIEVE I'D TELL ANYBODY IF I DID THAT!

SUN IS COMING OUT AND IT LOOKS TO BE A PRETTY DAY IN THE NATIONS. WE GOT AN INCH OF RAIN OUT OF THE STORMS, BUT THE WIND AND SUN WILL DRY THAT PRETTY QUICK.

LETTY, THE CHEROKEES DODGED THE BULLET ON THE STORMS. TULSA IS A CREEK (MUSKOGEE) TOWN. IT WAS TULSY TOWN ORIGINALLY.
PEOPLE IN MOORE, SOUTH OF OKC, GOT HIT AGAIN. NOT SO BAD THIS TIME THO. MOORE IS BEGINNING TO LOOK LIKE A TORNADO MAGNET.

TOOK DARLING WIFE OUT TO IHOP FOR BREAKFAST. TODAY IS OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. 49 YEARS, DOESN'T SEEM THAT LONG LOOKING BACK.

Whoa....there Gris....that's something and next year will be a very big milestone...congrats to you both......

Speaking of IHOP....I saw one in St. Pete the other day and parked in front of it was a truck load of new C7's all wrapped up in their tidy whites....I thought two of my favorite things right there.....wanted to go in but we had to press on.....so many things to do....so little time and money......

Made it back in 2 hours and 20 minutes from Clearwater St. Pete International airport.....its not even the main airport in the area, that is over in Tampa but by damn they are International. We got there early this morning at about a quarter to 7 for an 8:30 flight to Omaha and there were about 600 folks ahead of us in line. No kidding it was nuts.....Small airport so only one checkin area with 4 stations.....the first thing the gal said to us as we walked in the door was....everyone will make their flights so do not worry.....they had 4 full plane loads that were scheduled to leave within a 30 to 40 minute time span......there were some grumpy people there......not me though....I'm happy.....

Back in the real world and no bacon buffets anywhere in sight......sigh.......

Golden Anniversary next year. Whoo Hoo!

Every anniversary since our first has been a gold anniversary for Sue. No wood, paper, linen for this gal.

Busy, busy , busy ........... and more stuff thrown on top.
One and a half days to finish up the checklist. Looks like I'll be working till I get in the car to go to the boat. Mimi (the Yorkie) is at the vet. Last minute emergency. As Nancy Kerrigan once said ..... WHY? WHY?

More done. Picked up another job after school....just what I needed. (Not) Came home and worked on a few projects here in the shop. My butt is dragging. Need to finish up the second mantel clock, hopefully I'll find someone who needs/wants it as I don't really need two of them in the house.

The weather ended up much nicer than the weather-gurus were predicting, hopefully it will be as nice tomorrow.

Nice to have you back, Marcus.
