I do have a shelf designated for collection of parts....took me awhile to choose just the right shelf....

Had a nice day for golf yesterday, beautiful weather. I was awful, but a friend's son who was playing with us got a hole-in-one on the 3rd hole, so that was fun. Today we'll be heading out to the cemeteries, then when we get home it'll be time for more landscaping work, assuming the rain holds off.

Hey guys...been pretty busy today, big goings on here in town. Every five years they have a blowout here for class reunions, bands playing, tours and all sorts of other activities. Little brother and his wife came by to see us. He hadn't seen 007, they liked it too. We walked up to the grand opening of the museum. Holy crap, what memories were brought back walking through and looking at those things.

Walked into the "Wildcat room", dedicated to the schools. Right there on the table as we walked in was the basketball scorebook from my junior year. I opened it up to find my name in there where I scored 19 of the 43 points in that game. In the corner of the room was a poster from our Junior class play, where I had a leading role and there I was, in all my glory. Talk about a walk down memory lane. For a little, hometown country museum, it is pretty awesome.

The biggest drawback to the whole weekend, it's been raining all day. Supposed to rain all weekend. A classmate is the one who ramrods this whole deal and she is a nervous wreck. Despite the weather, I can say she has done an awesome job.

Anyone else have a hard time getting guru to respond this morning? Almost like the server was down.
