i been lookin at rear to much n thinkin need de tires out where posed to be ? 1/2" is to much fer spacer n studs yet ain it to small fer hub centric stud spacerthingies..i have c6 wheels 18 front 19 rears so sit in a touch..you cats know mo then me bout it..alls i do is look cool in it..tells me wud i need bruthas (yea rubbarroom shrink mo lovin etc,,)but fer de vets azz ta look good look heyhuh..thanks paps

Stock C6 wheels, Pappy? Maybe what you need are C6 Z06, ZR1 or C6 Grand Sport wheels, the real ones not repops. They sit out wider than standard C6 wheels like you have. Then you should be able to put some real meats on the back. 325's or 345's

they look narrower... but the C6 was narrower, too.

You might want to find a rim that has the right rear C5 offset for the Z06... that should fix the problem.

I am not a fan of spacers if I can avoid it.

yea bog c5 zo6 wheels would be jus bout same..but awready have new oem c6 n new tires,,but she do sit in lil over 3/4" in (like .80") in specs ..but 3/4 adapts wont fit studs so 1" is it but r hud centric n wheel centric n conical lugs too..but 1" n dont like meants stickin out jus flush..fact dont bug me beyun in,,,but any vet nut gives me chit caus e theys in,,so since did bunch werk on some chops i aways piss me earings on stupid chit i want but wouldnt spend real money on(yea hey now make sense of them werds) but its me paps memeber.biggest werry will 1" hold power should i decide to use it now n then..gonna do a plumb string but jus straight edge inch should werk ok ,,but dont want any outside n no contact..was hopin a bunch say yea i got em etc..ol c4 was fine wid 1" ON GOTTI WHEELS sarry dint mean yell cloddy thumbs here

I don't like adapters much although they are safe.

Spacers are not, IMO. In fact most tire shops will not touch em.

You can run adapters as thin as about 5/8"

IF:

you use wheels with large depressions cast between lug holes, such as most OEM castings.

AND: you have reasonably short studs, not the ones with the starter thread base that extends out another 1/4".

AND: you use very small, low profile open lug nuts to install the adapter.

Otherwise the wheel may contact the adapter nuts or studs and not be secure. The thicker the adapters are the easier it is to clear all of that. Also I would recommend hub-centric adapters that have the false hub sticking out in the middle.

hey brutha cc ..i hear ya n thats were ir at..like c4 n gotti wheels had casting spots so long studs dint matter..dont know fer chure on these wheels but know they r oem c6..may have stock 1/4 no thread studs too..have to measure it all once theys git here..thanks bruthas .ps n yes they is hub centric n wheel centric inner chmfer fer car n lip outer fer wheel..plus conacal nuts..well thats wud i ordered,,see when gits here

well got em n purty happy wid em..did hafta take off the 1/4" unthreaded ends on studs..(fug that hurt me teeth) do have indents in wheels but chewed em off to be mo safe..she still standin tall fum beyun jacked up (no nawt talkin viagara here) anyways looks good to me no tread out etc..heres a pic..n sarry i dint realize me weenie was hangin out so ifn offends deal wid it heyhuh!!!cause such a teenie weenie aw ok ill shut up ps middle pic tryun show left adpater on left nawt
