Chilly out there this morning, a good day for socks and sandals

We are certainly experiencing some fall weather now, but it's supposed to get back to the 80s next week for a few days. I still need to order a pool cover and get that all taken care of. A few hours and I'll have everything wrapped up.

Didn't get a chance to pick up a set of plugs yesterday, maybe I can manage that today. We'll see.

I told all the drivers yesterday that there would be a surprise drug and alcohol test this morning.....so at 8 we all go in and do our thing....so I have been trying to clean out all night.........

I have a State audit with the Highway Patrol tomorrow and needed to get that done. The rules have gotten a lot tougher.......when I first started driving truck you didn't even need a CDL.

Looks cloudy here and there is a chance of rain......come on rain.....

Can't believe it's Thursday already, the week is flying by. A bunch of folks had their morning ruined today - on the freeway going south, there were lots of firefighters putting out a tanker truck - the cab burned to the ground. They shut the freeway down behind it, so the southbound traffic was backed up for miles. Fortunately my northbound side just had a gawker slowdown for a bit. Hopefully everyone is OK.

WENT OVER TO #1 DAUGHTER'S FOR SUPPER LAST NIGHT, DROVE THE TOMATO SO I COULD TAKE THE LITTLE GIRLS FOR A TOP-DOWN RIDE. THEY LIKED IT: "FASTER, GO FASTER!" :-)

Morning guys...it's a socks and sandal day here too. Not raining, but very damp. The hot air balloon is up, so there must not be any wind.

Went out and played golf. I was striking the ball really well today. Shot 41 on the front and 42 on the back. Got back to the unit and rosie fixed some lunch and the sky opened up. Good thing we got back when we did. It has stopped for now, but looks like it could open up again at any time. I'm so enjoying the time up here, but looking forward to getting back home next week.

covered up here yesterday, beautiful day out I'd rather be outside. off tomorrow wish I was at the beach. more advance notice would've been nice. And more money. BF might not appreciate me bolting up out of bed in the middle of the night on a 9 hour drive without telling anyone.

No, playing the whites. Rosie asked if I was going to play the blues. Not here I'm not. Meadows course - White tees 3152, blue tees 3754. Pinon course white tees 3260 Blue tees 3419. Ponderosa course white tees 2874 blue tees 3136.

Today I played Meadows (41) and Pinon (42).

Meadows is down through the valley, wide open fairways few trees. Goes past, mostly, the time share units. Ponderosa and Pinon are mountain courses, narrow tree lined and nasty rough on both sides. Which wind through the $$$$$ houses.
