Well there went August......wow.....somebody put the brakes on.....we will be putting up the Christmas tree before we know it....
Foggy and damp here but no real rain.....we have a short week because the Corn is done with irrigation for the season so only Soybeans to look at now..... Have an amazing day Guru's..... |

Another month down the drain - yikes! Foggy and dreary here, but I believe the sun is supposed to make an appearance, so I dragged the Vette out of the garage. Figured I'd better, since it won't be long before I'm dragging the snowblower out of the garage. Have a good day, Gurus! |

2014 Memorial Day Car Show Winner!

Hey guys...back at it here. Was a really nice start to the day, low 60's. That's why I headed out early to utilize the cool air. By noon that changed drastically, it's hotter than H3ll now. I did get all the pieces I had ready stained and most everything has one coat of finish. Sand and spray another coat tomorrow then I will start assembly of the cabinets Wednesday (fingers crossed).
Going out to play golf this evening. should be fun as I'm hoping last weeks time will payoff today. |

 Have returned from a week on the high seas. Weather altered our itinerary but a good getaway none the less. Went to San Juan, Grand Turk and Nassau. Lots of sea days. Sea days mean the casino is open more. 8 days was just right. 5 days are too short and 13/14 dayers seem to run a bit long. Our casino fund ran out at about 02:00 AM this morning. Sue hit big early on the cruise so it subsidized our casino fund considerably. She also walked away with extra money in her pocket from the Sheraton, San Juan casino. A good trip. Met and hung out with a great group of new friends. |
