Good Morning CGs!

After work last night had a nice dinner and got the kids showered and ready for bed. We sat down to watch a movie that my wife rented from the library (free movies). It was called The Boy Next Door with Jennifer Lopez. The concept was about a young man who moves in next to a divorced woman, they connect, and very early in the movie she has a drunken sexual encounter with him. That's as far as I got. The movie was so stupid that we turned it off after about 20 minutes. Good thing we didn't pay for it. I highly don't recommend it.

Not much else going on to report.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Stupid movie? How about a stupid joke.

At the National Art Gallery in Dublin, a husband and wife were staring at a portrait that had them completely confused. The painting depicted 3 black men totally naked, sitting on a bench.
Two of the figures had black penises, but the one in the middle had a pink penis.
The curator of the gallery realized that they were having trouble interpreting the painting and offered his personal assessment. He went on for over half an hour explaining how it depicted the sexual emasculation of African Americans in a predominately white, patriarchal society. 'In fact', he pointed out, 'some serious critics believe that the pink penis also reflects the cultural and sociological oppression experienced by gay men in contemporary society.
After the curator left, an Irishman approached the couple and said, 'Would you like to know what
the painting is really about?
'Now why would you claim to be more of an expert than the curator of the gallery, asked the couple?
'Because I am the artist, who painted the picture,' he replied. 'In fact, there are no African Americans depicted at all. They're just three Irish coal miners. The guy in the middle went home for lunch.

One more for the hell of it .............

A guy walks into a bar and takes a seat. Before he can order a beer, the bowl of pretzels in front of him says "Hey, you're a handsome fellow." The man tries to ignore the bowl of pretzels, and orders a fine Pilsner beer. The bowl of pretzels then says "Ooooh, a pilsner, great choice. You're a smart man." Starting to freak out, the guy says to the bartender "Hey what the hell, this bowl of pretzels keeps saying nice things to me!" Bartender says "Don't worry about it, the pretzels are complimentary."

Morning guys... turned the alarm clock off and slept right past my 'normal'time to get up. Being October, Rosie's new schedule has started and we now have four day weekends.

OOPS, deleted Marcus's post on having a good weekend.
Anyway:

I have great weekends.......I have great weekdays, must have sumpting to do with DNBFS.

This weekend was extra great..... except for my buddy Chris, he put a 6 inch hole is his LS3 block, figure everything in the motor is toast.
But, he was smiling , he said "Eight years with 95% track days on the motor, I ain't bitchin'.

We ran the tires off both cars, put almost 180 miles on them before they crapped out.

Drove home - 230 miles in 3 hours, 20 minutes.

Nice weather today.

Really sucks to be indoors working for the Govt.... but at least I'm working and to boot my Company just gave me a $100 on spot award...

Plan to stop by my buddies place and install the new 16V alternator on the race car. Then fire her up and make sure everything with the engine is good for Thursdays test.

I still got to find time to make some adjustments to the rear lower control arms and shocks before Thurs. Weather is supposed to be good all week so maybe tomorrow or Wed.
