Was wondering how tall of tires people have fit on their C$ without issue.

26-26.5 are no issue but what about 28in?

Thanks for the help/pics.

Not a chance. That adds an inch all the way around. My 26s almost rub at full compression. Obviously narrower fits easier, but 28" is just way way out there. You building a donk?

I don't know about the front. I run a 26X4.4 on the front.

I do run a 28X10.5 slick and fits fine but that's about the limit without some trimming to the inner fender on the rear.

I still had to trim the inner rear of the inner fender a little because of tire growth in the burn out box and at the big end on 1/4 mile tracks.

In general, the C4 was never designed with these massive 19" and greater rims.

In fact, they look kinda silly, in my opinion.

I would recommend an 18" rim, with a width and aspect ratio to keep it as close as possible to the 17" stock height. If for no other reason than the keep the ABS computer from freaking out!
