Good Morning CGs!

Hope you're all recovered from the weekend. I didn't watch the superbowl, can't tell you who won. I was never really a fan of watching sports. Friends make fun of me, but then I ask them if they had to change the rectifier in their alternator, how would they go about it. Then I get a deer in the headlights look. We all have our hobbies.

TB - sounds like you had a good time, and glad you beat the one armed bandit.

Tommy - hope Sue feels better.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Matthew

Greetings! We're sliding into the deep freeze, highs in the single digits by mid-week. Refreshing. Meanwhile, glad to see Peyton get to ride off into the sunset with a win.

Ditto on the Sue mojo!

Have a good day, all!

SUNNY, WINDY, AND COOL IN THE NATIONS TODAY, BAD WILDFIRE CONDITIONS, THE CHEROKEES DON'T LIKE THAT.

MATTHEW, I'M WITH YOU. I DON'T GIVE A HOOT ABOUT WATCHING SPORTS UNLESS SOMEBODY I KNOW IS PLAYING.

I WAS PLEASED TO SEE THE OLD GUY WIN, HOWEVER :-)

I usually have more important things to do than sit and watch a game. I guess you have time do that if you live in say .... Nebraska, Kansas or Minnesota. ;) I watched some of the game. Had no real interest other then the score on the quarters. Didn't matter for that either. We didn't win anything in the football pool.

Good morning, all!

Off today: I try to take Super Bowl Monday off every year. Stayed up pretty late last night watching the NFL Network postgame—Ivelis made it through the game and bailed afterward (she went to work this morning).

Doing some work for some private clients this morning and doing some small tasks around the house this afternoon—nothing fancy. We're looking at some more snow starting this evening.

Was there a football game of some sort yesterday ?

I popped over to check the score a couple of times. I think I might have won $50 on it. Have to stop on the way home to see.

The BBC Star Trek TNG marathon had my attention most of the day.

Lining things up for a run to Delaware this coming weekend. Should be fun except for dealing with "The Vegan" at dinnertime. My daughter has decided that we carnivores are "unethical eaters." Prime Rib, rare please.

Hey guys...been a busy boy this morning...haven't gotten anything of substance done, but busy none the less. I'm not really a sports fan either. I can watch or listen to baseball. But have no real interest in football or basketball. Only reason I was interested yesterday was to see if I was going to win "freeplay" money at the casino. I did and made the most of it.

Ken my oldest went through that stage for a year or more. She has come to her senses. But while she was on that kick, it was tough eating when we went to visit. My sympathies.

Well got things straight with the dispatch to day.....I have learned to watch what I say in texts it can and was taken the wrong way......the spoken word is best for all forms of communication.....

A cold ill wind blows from the north today.....not a good day to be out doing anything.....

I really enjoyed the game.....good contest and the Bronco defense was a thing of beauty....it was shock and awe for poor Cam......he had never seen nothing like that....

Keep the home fires lit Guru's....
