With 4.1 miles on it...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/172211437435?rmvSB=true

I bet the value drops 10% if you put 1 mile on it...

Talk about a time warp, tho.

Yea, that is a true garage find! I'm sure it would take a chunk of money to put that 1 mile on it.

I've judged a couple of the 1978 Pace Cars with under a 100 miles, but I've never seen a Silver Anniversary car with under 1,000 milles, despite the fact that they were almost one-third of production that year.

I can verify that the L82/three-speed automatic transmission in these cars is capable of getting out of its own way. Of course, with bidding already at $96,000, this particular one will likely be driven only on and off an expensive trailer. According to Hagerty's valuation tools, all the money for a Silver Anniversary is almost exactly $40,000—if it were a four-speed manual car, we'd be talking more like $43,000. A Pace Car gets about twice that much.

Some shows do make you move them under their own power. Now up to $100,000 ...
