Ya, even being semi-retired, being a honey-do has me barking up a storm from time to time. Wifey pulls some long days. I tell her I'm through around 07:00 PM and she has me doing $#!+ till 08:30, 09:00 and sometimes later. Having a company offers the owner independence ..... of needing a watch. There is no time clock for a company owner. Then there is Sue. Sure seems like a lot of stuff has to be done TODAY. When she tells me she's tired I tell her to blame the scheduler.

Morning guys...it is still morning isn't it? Slept in this morning too. Windows open and a cool breeze allowed us to sleep in comfort. Catching up on the TV programs I recorded. Man From U.N.C.L.E.

Cloudy now, but supposed to warm up.

Afternoon gang.

Hope everyone has been well. Today we'll be smoking a brisket in preparation for Memorial day. Honey do list includes moving some plants from the side of the house to the front. Then putting some flat pavers under the steps for the house. Should be nice here in NE Indiana with clear skies and temps in the upper 70's low 80's.

Have a great day gurus.

Still on and off rain in the Philadelphia area, as it has been for most of the month.

Watching Indy again—we can only hope that qualifying today will be half as exiting as it was yesterday.

Waiting for the in-laws to show up.....had to turn on the AC because its so humid outside......wow.....feels like rain coming......had a flying ant outbreak on the dining room windows both inside and outside......so I had to bring in the big guns and mowed them all down and then cleaned the killing field up........always just before the guests arrive......

Howdy! Got busy right off the bat today, ran a bunch of errands, then we went shopping for flowers. We wound up going to 4 different places, all were swarming with customers. 'Tis the season. It was one of those picture postcard weekends here, around 80 and sunny.

Enjoy what little is left of the day, Gurus!

I've heard it called a lot of things but never heard it called a brisket.
