Hidey-ho! Nice and sunny here, no raindrops to dodge today. We're having a bunch of folks over to celebrate my MIL's birthday later, so it's nice we won't be penned in indoors.

Very cool Shasta, Marcus. Get better, Tom.

Have a good day, all!

Health mojo to all those in need. I woke up in what I thought may have been somebody else's body. Every major joint was competing for which one could claim to be the achiest. (Is that a word?) The normal daily procedures should yield some beneficial results. Ibuprofen and a hot shower will soon be in play.

You guys know how many times I've written about my sister's condition and the grave nature of her ailments. Well ........ She woke up again! My other sister says she sounds better than before she went in. Amazing. You can never count anybody out till the final bell.

Thanks guys..I know I'm on the path to getting better, as the pain is changing and becoming more general instead of localized. We'll get there with a few more visits to the chiropractor.

That's amazing Tommy, she seems to have more lives than a cat. Nice trailer Marcus! Cool Shasta too. I remember, as a kid seeing those all over the place.

Yea, I tried again a few years back, had some Cokes in the fridge and did a comparison. Found out that I liked it better than Coke.

Just bought some yesterday, $2,50 a 12 pack, the Cokes on the shelf beside it were $4.98 a 12 pack.

Well, it has warmed up some, not hot hot, but warm. Backed the Caddy out to let the Corvette down and put the new insurance card in the glove box. While it was down, I took a little time to clean the wheels and tires. After that I spent about two hours cleaning the Caddy up. It had a bunch of grasshoppers plastered on the front. Went ahead and washed it real good, then Rejexed the front end. Still had time to wash the pickup too. I hadn't washed it since we made the trip to KC and it was filthy. So we have three nice clean vehicles.

My Royals are still struggling. But challenging here in the bottom of the ninth.

All my food wants of late have been satisfied. Fish dinner, burger, pizza, antipasto, pigs in a blanket, blueberry waffles and cheese steak sub were all on the list. We'll see what the next craving brings. Maybe tacos. It probably won't be left over zucchini surprise.

After my Royals couldn't put a win on the record today I decided to go to the basement and 'hang out". By hanging out, I mean with my Teeter Hang up. My SIL gave it to me as he couldn't use it anymore. During my hang this afternoon I could FEEL the back release and it makes it feel way better. Like I said, I'm pretty sure I'm on the road to amends. Felts good enough this evening, that Rosie and I went for a short bicycle ride. I haven't felt good enough to do anything like that in a couple weeks.

Time to head to bed. I trust you all had a great guru day!
