Lauren will be judged on Sunday—for the first time in over five years. I'll prepare the car, but I'm not going overboard; there's a new judging guide (with a few of my contributions in it) and I'm not sure how much it will change how early C4s are actually judged. The show is the 36th annual (!) Delaware Valley NCRS Run for the Ribbons hosted by the good folks at County Corvette in their new facility in West Chester, PA. So, I'll get the show battery and air filter in, clean it reasonably well, and see what happens. Wish me luck, please.

I survived ... ... I got a Top Flight, but I'm not sure how strong it was—in other words how much it was over the required 94%. That knowledge will come in a couple of weeks when I get the judging sheets back. The judges were excellent: about half of mine would be judging my car if I were at the National Convention. |
