The month/year is fast coming to a close. Hard to believe another year is passed already.

It's pretty cold out this morning, 14 and only headed for mid 30s with wind chills in the single digits and snow expected this afternoon and tonight.

I'll try to get the head and foot boards assembled for #3 today. The funeral for my friend that passed Friday is this afternoon. It's going to be at a small church here in town, I'm not sure if there will even be standing room. Large family, tons of friends, employees, and clients, thinking I'll go pay my respects at the funeral home this morning and skip the service.

I trust everyone will have a great day here.

Hidey-ho! We are in for something more resembling winter - highs in the low 20's, talk of snow, yada, yada, yada. It was inevitable - time to pay the piper.

Have a good day, Gurus!

Overcast, humid and warm. Please send us a mild coldfront. I spent yesterday sleeping away a good part of the day. A little catch up was needed due to the lack of a long sound sleep during vacation. Back to the grind today. Better get crackin on the Christmas lights and stuff before the holiday has come and gone.

It's cold here, 0º. It might get to 4º today. The wind is blowing all across the state with I94 closed border to border and then some. It's kind of like winter. The western part where I live has not had the snow like the central part and the east, though the wind was over 40mph yesterday and last night. Today it is a gentle breeze of 25mph. Stay warm my friends.

Turned into a decent day. I think it got above the predicted high, but still not 'warm'. I got the address sign I made yesterday finished, delivered and received payment for. She was thrilled with the sign. I also got the head and foot boards glued up today. Made good progress today. About the time I was ready to come in, a neighbor showed up, that I had built some cabinet doors for a project he was working on for a lady across town, he was bearing a check for that work. While we were talking, he asked how the CNC was working. I told him I still had the file when I did a table top for him a couple years back and that led to his asking me to do another project him. Another job toward paying the machine off. I also got a tentative OK for the five signs I discussed with them last week. After getting this job done I'll be close to having 20% of my investment returned. Not bad for only having it up and running for a couple weeks. Pretty sure this was a good investment for me.

Good Evening CGs,

Was chilly here today, low 30s. No snow, though.

New car is still running well. Finally got my buyback offer from Audi today. I have to fill out more paperwork, get it notarized, and upload it tomorrow. Once approved I can schedule my buyback date. It will be a nice check in the bank. Replenish the funds I used for my Honda down payment and then pay off the wife's car. With her working more hours and getting the cars squared away it almost feels like we're making some progress in life (and finances).

On another happy note, some Snap On ratcheting screwdrivers I ordered from eBay arrived today. Always feels like Christmas at my house

Not sure if I posted this yesterday, but here's the new iron:

nice glock.

My brother picked up a Sig 380. Talk about a nice little piece. Super accurate and exceptional build quality. Love it.
