Good Morning CGs!

The unseasonably warm weather continues today. I'm just hoping it doesn't wreak havoc on the fruit trees and plants. A good frost later could really damage things. Ask Tommy about that.

Wife and RR#1 are attending a wedding shower later. RR#2 is going with uncles/cousins to the monster jam truck show. Fun for all except for dad who has work to do. Such is life.

Hope everyone has a great day!

This warm winter with rain tricked the mangos into an early blossom. All those blossoms died. The good news is there are new blossoms. Hope to have a banner mango year. Not that I really need it. I have mango in the freezer still. Sue is working a 3 day festival booth making contacts and doing sales. Me? I'm doing my stuff, hopefully with no interruptions. Yard or cars? That's the question.

#1 Switch to colorful boxers for deck sitting.

#2 Pissing off the deck? You just don't have to go bad enough. I know you are well practiced.

Hey guys.....up early and off to church. Back and #1 has a big breakfast for everyone. Me, I'm stuck with an online chat with Verizon about our bill. SOBs bait and switch tactics. Tell you one thing, then charge you more than they say. I wish we had a better choice, but they all are the same, I suppose.

Only thing I've got on the agenda, is a haircut. Listening to Casey Cassem top 40 from this week in 1971. Some really good music going on then.

Hola, Amigos! Back from sunny Puerto Vallarta. Looks like it has been pretty tropical here in our absence, too - gonna be 60-ish today. I'm not going to run over and bring the Vette home just yet, though - plenty of winter to come. There are rumors of 20" of snow next weekend. We shall see.

Meanwhile, the omelette gal was nowhere to be found here this morning. And I miss the cappuccino (sorry if some of these are sideways, rotating them doesn't seem to work for me when I upload them):

The weather down there was mostly delightful. We did have very strong winds on Thursday. An old commercial fishing boat had been anchored about a half-mile down the beach out at sea a ways, and it broke loose. And the crew was either asleep or incompetent, and the boat would not start - not a good combo. It wound up on the rocks at the resort, with a hole punched in its hull. Fortunately nothing is leaking yet. It was still there when we left yesterday:

One afternoon our pool waiter brought this up to our room after we had gone up - we called him "Wilson":

It will be tough to get back to the grindstone - fortunately I have tomorrow off to ease my way back into it.

Have a good day, all!

Dayum, Brad. Time flies. 4 months till I see the deck of a ship (unless I can sneak a cruise in between now and then). Being busy makes the time zoom by and June will be here before I know it. Maybe I can have most of the things on my list done by then (or not). Welcome back.

Almost 70 here and just noon. Beautiful out.

Rosie is making headway on the dress, even though see has run into issues. Here is a picture of the first fitting. So far everyone is tickled. Modifications are in the works.

Kind of hard to see with the backlighting. But the outside part of the dress is sheer with a solid inner skirt which is just above the knees. But She is doing a great job, even if it is stressing her.

And it's no where near the cost of a dress she would have to buy.

Prom. It isn't until early May, but Rosie doesn't like to procrastinate. Still haven't done the haircut thing. #3, her two mad Rosie had to go do some shopping. Guess the haircuts will be later. SIL went over to help his mom, so I was left here at the house alone, so I took a nice nap.

SEEM TO HAVE PUT THIS ON YESTERDAY'S THREAD :-0

SEMI-SUNNY AND MILD IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, RAIN EXPECTED TONIGHT AND MONDAY. THE CHEROKEES ARE OK WITH THAT.

THREE CHEERS FOR ROSIE! I'VE ALWAYS ADMIRED AND ENVIED CREATIVE PEOPLE. ALL I COULD EVER CREATE WAS CHAOS ;-)

Yea, I saw it on yesterday's' thread.

Got the haircut I needed so bad, almost didn't recognize myself.
