Good morning.
Taking it easy on a Sunday morning. Watching Power Nation, drinking some coffee and generally being a lazy butt.

SUNNY AND COOL IN THE WATERLOGGED NATIONS THIS MORNING. CAN'T BEAT THAT!

LOOKING OUT THE WINDOW I SEE THREE MALLARD DUCKS, A COTTONTAIL RABBIT, TWO GRAY SQUIRRELS, AND THE BARN CAT, WHO HAS ABANDONED HIS PLACE OF DUTY AND IS EYEING THE DUCKS IN AN APPRAISING MANNER.

Howdy! I had a very mediocre sleep-in, but I didn't really apply myself. I'm sure with a little effort, I could've done much better. Gloomy and wet again today - there are rumors of a brief appearance by the sun tomorrow, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Have a good day, all!

Good morning CGs!

Still a little chilly here but better than the other day.

Had a wedding last night, that was a fun time. Out with RR#2 at a birthday party. Have a wedding after party this afternoon.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Spent the day with family from out of town. Is that considered a day off?

Hey guys, it's been a busy day. Got up about out normal time and went down to eat breakfast at the motel. Met up with several people who were at the wedding and the wedding party. Chatted and talked for an hour or so. Then we packed up and headed out. we toured around the city we moved from nearly 40 years ago. Things have changed, we even drove to where our mobile home sat. The lot is still there, but the place is empty.

Once we got home, I decided to use the rest of the day to work on the awning. Rosie and #2 daughter went back to the 'coty' for groceries, GSs all had things going on, so worked by myself. O got the two end trusses up and installed, then started the cross bracing. The goal was to get it ready for the corrugated roofing material. Well, it took me 7 1/2 hours, but I actually got it to that point and even got the firat two sheets of rooking installed.

I'm really tired. Tomorrow will be cabinet day at the church hall. It was a pretty nice day and it even clouded up and rained on me a little during my assembly of the roof framing. But the wind wasn't a factor, that's why I went ahead and put two sheets up.
