Morning guys.... Yea, vehicles inside during that episode. Another storm rolled through last night, no hail this time, but strong winds and a little rain. One more day of that before a cold front cools things off a bit.

Supposedly my cabinet materials will be here today, as well as some other things I ordered. Just watch, everything will show up at the same time and I won't know which way to turn.

I need to get the Corvette ready, as we are taking it to Arkansas tomorrow for the weekend away with Rosie's siblings and dad. Leaving pretty early in the morning, so I'll probably be MIA until later tomorrow.

I better get started on some things, I'll check back later.

Howdy! Thursday already, the week is flying by. A little rain today, but the pickup is already dirty, so no biggie.

Meanwhile:

Cabinets are here, and we got most of them stained. A friend came by and gave me some "patch tape" for the roof. So I climbed up there and patched the holes in the roof. Basically it will keep the rain drops from running down and dropping in through the holes. I still have to find out what they are going to do.

Another storm passed through a while ago. Just some rain and lots of wind here. I heard another friend lost 2000 acres of wheat in the storm that put the holes in my roof... makes me pretty thankful for a few holes in the roof. They were out cutting it when the storm came through, anything facing the north was plastered, windshields, grills, everything.

Good Evening CGs!

It was hot and muggy here today. I spent some time in the garage this evening and my shirt was soaked. Ugh.

TB, hope they come through with the roof warranty. Hope you have a safe trip.

Marcus, is the car running right after they fixed the methanol system?

Still haven't tinkered with my car....I'll get to it.

Hope everyone had a great day!

Good luck with the roof Tom and have safe travels. I hope those tics don't make the trip further north. Later gang.

Yep.....the meth system is working as it should.....they put on an anti syphon valve that prevents the vacuum in the engine to continue to draw in the boost juice even when the switch is shut off.....or something like that.....now it only uses the juice when the green light comes on at about 3800 rpm on up....... they said some engines don't need the valve......don't know why not I thought......

The new starter is working well......so all back to as it should be.......
