Good Morning CGs!

Went to Sears last night and ordered the new refrigerator. It will be delivered on Tuesday. Passed on the warranty at this time because it was $529 for 5 years. No joke.

http://www.sears.com/kenmore-elite-24 ... frigerator/p-04679042000P

This has less parts with no water dispenser or anything in the door (on purpose) so hopefully no problems.

We don't buy a lot at Sears anymore but while we were there the wife saw patio furniture on sale almost half off. Found an online coupon if you ship it to and pick up in the store it's an extra 15% off. So we ordered it from the online kiosk. This is the one she liked:

It was an expensive night at Sears for me

Anyone have big plans for the weekend?

Hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday!

Matthew

So, 7 more chairs. How many chairs does that give you for people to sit outside? You can never have enough. Like having tools, people need a good spot to sit. As much as you don't think you are like me, the more you become like me. Soon, an addition to the vehicles.

Well Tommy, you can never have too many tools. Chairs on the other hand....

Honestly I love the fact that you have so many cars, new plots of land, and the desire to enjoy life through travel and friends. That's the life right there. I'll be there one day. But for now the kids take precedence. We still have fun. But retirement will be my welcome relaxation.

Morning guys... we drove south last night with #1 GS and his GF to watch the local FB team in their opening game. We typically get our our arse kicked by this team, but #2 GS went out for FBall this year and we try to support the kids. He didn't get to play, but the game was pretty good except for the 3 hour and 15 minute weather delay with the score tied at 20 and 6 and a half minutes left in the game. We decided to come home. The game took back up at 11:35pm and went in to three overtimes before we won!

This weekend is just another weekend to us. A nice start, not as cool as previous mornings, and it's going to warm up into the low 90s.

I'll go out in the shop and do a little work.

I hope this refrig is a bit more reliable then the current one Matt. And everyone needs good patio furniture. More chairs is good, just ask Tommy. And if your retirement turns out like mine and Tommys' you never even realize that you are retired.

Living sure takes a lot of work. lol The key is the time to enjoy it. I'm working on that. I've got the travel and entertainment part down. There are no flies resting on me.

Howdy! I started off the weekend by sleeping until 10:30. Pretty good effort, methinks. I just heard the neighbor start up his '35 pickup, sounds sweet. As soon as the coffee kicks in, I'll decide what to accomplish or not for the day.

Matt, reminds me of when we went to Costco to buy a toothbrush and came home with $2k worth of patio furniture.

Have a good day, yawlz!

While out running an errand, I saw that my neighbor had his '35 Ford pickup sitting out, so I snapped a pic. He is pretty stoked to put his finishing touches on it. He wants to do a bunch of stuff to the interior, add some Vintage Air, and put some quieter mufflers on it (it's pretty loud), and maybe find some original bumpers. He said that unlike his Anglia, he can actually find parts for the truck:

I think it has a small-block Chevy and an auto tranny.

That looks like a 747 cockpit, Marcus ;-)
