Howdy! Dark, dreary and rainy here, but the weather geniuses say it should clear up in time for golf later. We'll see. Meanwhile I have an all-day meeting to occupy my time until then. Oh, joy!

Have a good day, yawlz!

Another .4 in the rain gauge...that bring the total up to about 4 inches over the last four days. Nice rain. Even after drying out, on the surface, it should leave good sub-soil moisture for the farmers to get the wheat crop planted.

I got a few things on the agenda today. Hang one door over at the remodel. One that I had to build for a closet I created for them in the wall. Then I have a truck coming with materials sometime today. Going to spend some time cleaning the shop up, too.

I trust everyone here will have a great day.

SEMI-CLOUDY AND MILD IN THE NATIONS, MAYBE WE WILL GET SOME OF TEEBEE'S RAIN, WE CAN SURE USE SOME.

GOT AN EARLY START TODAY, MADE A CHEMICAL WARFARE STRIKE ON THE WASPS THAT STUNG ME FOUR TIMES WHEN I GOT HARVEY OUT. THEY LOOKED LIKE HONEY BEES (I WAS MOVING TOO FAST TO TAKE A CLOSE LOOK)SO I CALLED A BEE GUY TO RELOCATE THEM. TURNED OUT THEY WERE SOME KIND OF WASPS. I'LL MAKE A MOP-UP STRIKE LATER. THEN TOOK DW'S PATHFINDER FOR SOME BREAK WORK.

NOW FOR BREAKFAST:-)

"---THEN THE GODS OF THE MARKET TUMBLED, AND THEIR SMOOTH-TONGUED WIZARDS WITHDREW,
AND THE HEARTS OF THE MEANEST WERE HUMBLED, AND BEGAN TO BELIEVE IT WAS TRUE
THAT ALL IS NOT GOLD THAT GLITTERS, AND TWO AND TWO MAKE FOUR-
AND THE GODS OF THE COPYBOOK HEADINGS LIMPED UP TO EXPLAIN IT ONCE MORE."---

Good Morning CGs!

Grass needs to be cut. Not really on the list of "fun things to do." Maybe that will get done this morning. There are other chores, too. Not too keen on those, either.

Struggling a little to get the kegerator set up right. It's supposed to be simple...set temp correct, set CO2 pressure correct, pour beer. Easy, right? I guess not. Still getting too much foam on the pour and then it goes flat. Not good. Needs more tweaking, I guess.

Hope everyone has a great day!

I will ask the Guru.....is there anything we can do at our level to prepare for the worst........ you know the saying...... prepare for the worst hope for the best.......... Been thinking of a home unit big enough to take care of the place in the event we lost power for more than a day or so...... any ideas on that?
