Morning guys....

Another chilly start, 16 now, but supposedly headed for the low 60s....that's quite a span. Still not much going on today, but my list for after the new year is growing.

SUNNY AND CHILLY IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, HIGH OF 47 PREDICTED. NO RAIN IN THE FORECAST AND WE ARE MIGHTY DRY.

GOT SOME ERRANDS TO RUN TODAY, SOME CHRISTMAS SPIRITS TO BUY, STILL STUMPED ON ONE GRANDSON AND TWO SIL. COLLEGE FRESHMAN GS WILL BE HAPPY WITH MONEY NO DOUBT, BUT I'D LIKE TO GET SOMETHING MORE PERSONAL FOR THE SILS.

You could just autograph those C notes to the SIL's Gris......... that would be personal.......

Not much going on here either....... just working away at stuff........must start thinking of what to buy for who............ If you wait until the last minute your choices are narrowed down and it makes it easier to pick out stuff...... smart, right?

Marcus, you going to be in Kansas anytime soon? We are headed to KC this weekend (Saturday morning).

I love when you find something you're looking for when looking for something else. I have so many items I've put in safe places. So safe I can't find them.

Cool start in the 40's going up to the 60's. I get to put on my jeans pants and flannel shirts in this type weather. Clear blue skies with a light breeze. Beautiful. I wake up with achy joints though. My joints ache every day but a little more when it's cool or cold.

Our next cruise is slated for May but Sue picked up a free one and I got a $100 one. All we pay is port charges and taxes. And that's why we end up going on a lot of cruises. Course our casino bill is big enough to book a suite for two. Free cruises can be costly.

Howdy! I have had non-stop meetings since 7AM. Delightful! I feel as if I've had a lobotomy - brain is completely numb.

Meanwhile, one of my prize possessions is still the little gold trumpet I got in a box of Cracker Jacks when I was about 5 years old, and almost immediately lost it inside of my mother's piano. I found it 30-some years later.

FINALLY GOT OUT AND SHOT THAT LITTLE KIMBER I BOUGHT AT THE ISGS. IT SHOOTS RIGHT WELL FOR SOMETHING WITH A THREE INCH BBL. THE TRIGGER IS SO LIGHT IT TOOK ME BY SURPRISE A COUPLE OF TIMES :-) BEING SO LIGHT WEIGHT IT'S QUITE LIVELY, BUT VERY CONTROLLABLE. IT'S LOOKING LIKE A KEEPER.

I've lost my sanity. I've yet to find it. Perhaps in a few years?

I agree with Marcus on the shopping strategy. The longer you wait the less you have to pick through and you get done faster.
