SEMI SUNNY, WINDY, AND COLD IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, SUPPOSED TO HIT A SCORCHING 50 DEGREES, SAYS THE NATIONAL WEATHER WITCHERS.

GOT MY PNEUMONIA BOOSTER SHOT YESTERDAY, TOOK 45 MINUTES TO DO THE PAPERWORK AT WALGREENS. AMONG OTHER THINGS, THE MALE MILLENNIAL APPARENTLY DID NOT KNOW DECEMBER WAS THE 12TH MONTH :-0. WHAT FUN! REMINDED ME OF THE TWO HOUR WAIT TO BUY A SHOTGUN AT ACADEMY SPORTS. THAT WAS TWICE I BOUGHT A GUN THERE: THE FIRST TIME AND THE LAST TIME.

GOT TO CHECK OUT THE FLEA MARKET TODAY, MAKE A RUN TO THE LIBRARY AND DROP OFF SOME DONATED BOOKS, GIT RID OF SOME ACCUMULATED TRASH AROUND THE PLACE, AND TAKE MY REGULARLY SCHEDULED NAP :-)

A LONG READ, BUT SOME SERIOUS POLITICAL IMPLICATIONS IN OUR MEDIA SATURATED SOCIETY:

but it keeps getting harder to find one.

Morning guys...Slept in this morning. Need to run over to the 'city' to pick up a piece of MDF to build some doors for a client and then work on counter tops for the kitchen.

Supposed to be a nice day, so I better get to it.

Greetings! My sleep-in effort was in the "admirable" category - I've been on a roll lately. It is snowing with freezing fog, delightful. A bunch of the family is going over to my MIL's for homemade soup later, sounds like a good day for that. Meanwhile, I am about 12 years overdue for my pneumonia booster - I should probably get around to that sometime.

Have a good day, all!

GRIS - yeah, when I first heard about that Deepfakes thing, my first thought was that someday video evidence isn't going to mean diddly-squat.

When it comes to politics and porn they are pretty much one and the same. Every time a politician opens their mouth I feel like I'm getting f@(%~d.

We were having some discipline issues with the dogs so we decided to hire a professional trainer to come in and give them some obedience training and attempt some behavior modification. Of course some of their behaviors are our fault so training the owners is also part of the game. 10 week program. Trainer does 2 hours a week and I get to do 2 hours a day. 1/2 hour per dog per day individually. Well, I want trained dogs. Have to do the work.

Isn't every day a Saturday when you are retired?
