Morning guys.... RIP to your buddies Gris. It’s a bright sunny day here. Rosie, #1 and GS went to run/walk in a 5k this morning. I will be moving over to #3s house so we can start on the closet project later. Rosie will head home on her own.

GS #3 will stay with me and help me with the closet. I have estimated the project will take us about a week and a half. We’ll hang around for several extra days to do other odd jobs for both daughters. Then we’ll hang for the dance recital for #3s youngest...the one we are enlarging the closet for.

I trust everyone here has a wonderful Memorial Day, remembering those that gave all so we could live in peace.

Happy Memorial Day to everyone. I hope we all take a minute to reflect on the day. It's not just a day off for barbecues and bratwurst...

Want to know how to spend $150 in 5 minutes *without* being a Corvette owner? Become a pool owner. I had to buy the chemicals this morning to open everything up and keep it running for the season. That's ok, the kids really enjoy it so it's worth it to me.

WAS PRETTY THIS MORNING, BUT THE HUMIDITY IS UP AND IT'S GETTING STICKY NOW. I'M GIVING SERIOUS CONSIDERATION TO A NAPUS MAXIMUS :-)

Happy Memorial Day, Gurus! We went out to Fort Snelling National Cemetery yesterday - always sobering to see the endless rows of white stones. RIP, and gratitude to all who served.

They are saying it'll be 99 today - we're going to go partake in a friend's pool later. Just doing a few light chores this morning produced projectile sweating.

It's a sad day really......so many lost over the years.....but to honor them we must live and enjoy this freedom that they paid so dearly for...... myself and my family thank all of them for their sacrifices......

No Matt.....I have not got my brakes yet. I am in lively discussion with them and have asked for my money back. Their argument is if I wanted that much off I have to wait until they can buy the parts cheap enough from their suppliers to still make money on the deal.

My return on that is.....that's fine if you had told me that up front and let me know it was going to take months or even years for them to find the right deal so we can all be happy. Then I would have had a choice and either paid Maryland Speed more or gone elsewhere or agreed to wait. It's a con and when you start calling them a scam and jerks and such you will finally get an answer from them...... sonsabitches.......... I had no Idea I was getting into this deal when I ordered..... hell, when I ordered they were a supporting vendor on the CF....... since then they have been banned...... nice........

the fight goes on.....I am trying to stay professional about it and we will see what happens when they deal with my money back demand.....

Marcus, maybe that company could use a box of mice. Maybe not. It would be a shame to waste perfectly good mice on such vermin.

I'm working some at the house today. Energy is better but really not feeling up to par ... It increases my paranoia, like looking in the mirror and seeing a po-lice car .......... Where did that come from? .......

Marcus, it has been going on for months now. I would just contact the credit card company and do a chargeback if they are not cooperating.
